Horrible service, one of the worst ever received

Whatever you do, do not use supersonic as your ISP. You will undoubtedly regret it. The service that we have encountered has been nothing short of atrocious. We don't get answers, they whatsapp customer centre is non responsive and when you do get a response, its the same thing over and over with no resolution. The call centre sometimes doenst go through and u hold forever. I have no intention of ever using them again
