HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUPERSONIC.

Horrible service from Supersonic On the 29th of August 2025 I went to MTN and took a contract for fiber with Supersonic. And payed upfront for installation. I told them the previous tenants dog damaged the cables from outside. And they said they will send a Technician to fix the cables. But every month they are sending me billings that i am behind and i owe them, I feel ****med. I have called them numerous times, they keep saying the same thing that they will send a technician within 5 working days from 29th August till today.
