Horrible Service & Fibre

I wouldn’t recommend Supersonic to even my worst enemy. Their customer service is absolutely horrible! After waiting on hold for over 50 minutes to speak to a consultant, they just hung up on me. It’s beyond frustrating to be kept waiting that long with no respect for customers' time.

Ticket #SST516398 - Support Request: My line was suspended even though I’ve never missed a payment. I sent all my proof of payments from 2023, and the consultant assured me they’d been allocated correctly. Still, I was told only the billing department could clarify the 'outstanding balance'—and they’ve been silent. It’s infuriating that they can’t even manage their own records, leaving me offline since Friday with no feedback.

Supersonic’s support and billing are truly terrible, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice—there are much better options out there if you need reliable service.
