Horrible service

I have never in my life received such bad service. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks now for a technician to come to my house and sort out my wifi. I have been on the phone to them in the last 6 weeks for over 2 hours speaking to probably 20 different staff members, where 4 of them didn't know what to do and they just put the phone down on me. Being promised that they would come through at a set time and not pitching either. Extremely disappointed and I am ready to cancel their service.
