Horrible service

Best service. Our wifi is been off since yesterday afternoon. No coverage we called last night, this afternoon no help. We were on hold for 45 minutes still no assistance. I worked from home I need internet and yet no help from supersonic. Their service, call center is horrible to say the least I want to cancel their subscription I had enough. Annoy customer
