Horrible service by Supersonic ISP

Supersonic has a horrible customer service, in fact, a non existent customer service.You try and call their line *** to enquire about billing error but can't get through, or speak to a relevant person.As a new customer, I'm horrified at the level of service I get from Supersonic as my IS. My service is suspended because they didn't debit my account even if funds are still available.You opt for a payfast option but it doesn't work. Disgusting.
