Horrible Service by Supersonic and its Management!

The service we have received from Supersonic has been nothing but atrocious! Even the senior management of the company is ***********! We have been calling them every single day to get our Internet working again since they have suspended our account by mistake. It's been 2 weeks and we have not been assisted by them in any way. Every time we call into their call centre, we are told they will escalate the matter and have their senior managers call us back. At first, it was the faulty installation which took them 4 months to rectify! And now they have suspended our account! This is absolutely disgusting and outrageous! We will never recommend their service to anyone! Bad service!
