Horrible service!!!

I ordered 5 devises and received all 5 on the 10th of May. These were all paid for, but 2 of them are still awaiting upfront payment on the portal. I have been communicating with them for the whole of last week to have the issue resolved and was **** to that it will be done on Friday. It is Monday and when I contacted them, Zintle had the nerve to ask me to send proof of payment for all 5 of them!!! Only 2 out of the 5 sims are active!!! It is really frustrating!!!!!! I will never send anyone to deal with them!!!
