Horrible service! Bad customer service

I regret doing business with these ****mers. In Apr 2026i paid double by mistake 1 payment by EFT & 1 by debit order. They said they'd credit my account to the next month but didn't, instead my services are suspended saying I need to pay for July. ***??? Its June 1st!!!! I haven't had service since May! I asked to terminate the agreement they say I must bring back the router or pay for courier service.
