Horrible Service at Supersonic Fibre!

Horrible service at Supersonic Fibre. Our internet has been down since Thursday! We have not been informed why it is down. No way of reaching the customer care. The phones are never picked. The whatsapp line is said to be under construction. No email address . We pay our bills on time! I think it's time to move on!
