Horrible Service

Hi

This is probably the 5th review of the same issue. I ordered 2 devices on the 3rd of August and paid for them, which were later cancelled by supersonic and have been waiting for my refund since then. I was called by Nonhlanhla last week and she promised to get back to me with feedback, regardless of it being positive or not. I am still waiting. This has been happening ever since I requested a refund and they just come here and offer lip service without any follow up. I have exhausted all avenues in trying to get my refund.
