Horrible service

I have subscribed to their service, now I want to cancel. Those guys never pick up their phone nor answer their whatsapp. How will they solve my Ossie if I encounter one. All I need from them is to cancel my order before they deliver their router . I can't work with a company that doesn't respond to my requests.
