Horrible service

I have had issues with my wifi a while now, it is very slow (it doensnt even want to open a webpage) and i have logged multiple tickets with them and never get a reply, but when i wanted to upgrade they were quick to call me and tell me the upgrade i selected isnt available anymore(so why show it if it isnt available). But nothing about the tickets i logged about the wifi being very poor. My kids do homeschool and need the wifi but its so poor it cant even open the online portal for the homeschool. Im thinking about just cancelling and getting something new
