Horrible service

The most horrible service ever. If you are not desperate, DO NOT use them. I app**** for fibre line on 26/07/24 & was told it takes 10-14 days for installation. Yesterday I called their *** & spoke to Palesa who confirmed that they received my order on 01/08/24 and she will get the technical team to urgently call me to resolve the delay. She gave me *** & to date no one has called me. I've tried calling them today and held for 25mins, 15 mins, 5mins, 7mins, 1min and only answered by machine. They are not even making an effort to keep me as a new customer. My area can only pick up frogfoot which is served by them and MTN has also referred me to frogfoot through Supersonic. I have not had their fibre yet but already frustrated
