Horrible Service

This is honestly worst service ever.I am without network for the last 3 days.I called on Saturday and spoke to Karabo who promised to call me back.Three days later I am still without a call.I just spoke to Nomsa who just confirmed that she cannot pick up on system that I called on Saturday.So basically I spent 45 minutes on a call on Saturday and there is no record of this conversation.What kind of business are you running there.To make things worse my call got disconnected while I was still online with Nomsa.So I am still the one who needs to call back again.I have already spent over R200 on just calling you guys.This is half of what I pay on month to month basis.I need to be called to have this issue resolved
