Horrible Service

Good day

I ordered and paid for 4 packages from these ****** and only 3 are showing under my dashboard. This happened after I noticed that one out of 4 still required an upfront payment, even though I made 4 payments. I sent countless emails and tickets trying to get this resolved, and this fell on deaf ears. I then decided to call to get resolved, 30 minutes later on the phone, I was assured that all will be sorted. I woke up this morning, only to realise that only 3 orders now show.

This is totally appalling as their support is so poor and their whatsapp line is useless, they are only there when you want to subscribe and after that they refer you to a number that is hardly answered and when you get through, you spend over 20 minutes on the phone, still not getting any help!!!!
