Horrible service!!!!

i had such a horrible experience with these people I've been paying a high premium for slow speed i requested the service been downgraded which never ever happened i continued to pay until i stopped i was no longer able to apay it they suspended my service but kept on billing me and sending me invoices i requested cancellation i received a cancellation later stating cancellation is effective immediately later to receive a call saying it is within a calendar months' notice i than called them requesting to speak to management placed me on hold for more than 30 minutes i hung up called back spoke to someone named LESIBA he was so rude and arrogant making it seem that i don't know the difference between suspension and termination
