Horrible service

I am experiencing terrible service issues with Supersonic. The WhatsApp line is not working and I have to hold for more than 20 minutes to talk to someone at the call centre. I do not know what is going on with Supersonic as I have had my account for a while without issues, but their service has definitely declined recently.
