You don't even deserve 1 star as your service is horrid. Been without internet since Saturday. I called Monday, Tuesday and this morning but it's still f*cked. Me and my kids are home, wanted to use the internet, but we can't. Never in the 5 years that I've been with you has a payment been late, never.
