HORRIBLE INTERNET CONNECTION SERVICE PROVIDER

The internet connection is horrible. It's maintenance after maintenance. The consultant who assisted me blue ticks me, if I have questions. But they called none stop when they wanted to do installation. Was billed pro rata paid it, but it's still included in my invoice. Now my invoice is R1300(September included, I got this in June), for something that was buffering or not working at all. I want this thing canceled!! This company is taking us customers for a ride.
