Horrible fiber

It took me two weeks for the fiber to be installed. The network connection is bad. I get connected 5 hours a day. The WhatsApp line is not helpful because they don’t respond to the messages. They do not pick up calls. Want to pay for cancellation fee for a line that is down most of the day.
