Horrible customer service, horrible

Horrible customer service, the fiber stopped working and when I reached out to them after a few attempts mind you. They said they cancelled our subscription because we had not paid which wasn't our fault because they didn't send the payment link. Numerous calls and run around we decided to cancel the service because anytime we tried to open another account we were told we have an account active with Supersonic. Of course they failed to assist us again we were told to wait for 30 days then they will cancel our account. We already had not been able to use the fiber for a month!!!!, 2 months later we called to cancel it and customer service didn't answer the phone!!!! We still cannot open another account because it says we have an active account with Supersonic which we haven't paid for and used in 3 months!!!! DO NOT APPLY FOR FIBER WITH MTN AND SUPERSONIC.
