Horrible customer service

Worst customer service ever! They never pick up the phone or respond to tickets logged on your profile. I have had this fibre line for a little over a month, but every 2 weeks I’m having issues with Supersonic. They debit my account randomly and when you reach out to them on Facebook messenger the service agents are rude, no apologies, instead they put the blame on the customer. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with them.
