Horrible customer service

I’ve been waiting for feedback from them about the incorrect billing they did which they said they’ve escalated the issue and will revert with feedback within 24-48 working hours which was on the 2nd of July. Till now the issue is not resolved and haven’t had feedback from them and its the 19th of July
