Horrible Customer Service and Unjustified Account Suspension

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have done so.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They don’t respond to calls. I was on hold for almost an hour with no assistance. Their WhatsApp service is just a robot that cannot answer or assist with actual customer queries.

My account has now been suspended even though I make my payments on the 25th of every month. Trying to get hold of a human being to resolve the issue is almost impossible.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing service from Supersonic. I would not recommend them.
