Horrible Customer Service

Since signing up I've had horrible experience with their customer service. You can never get hold of anyone. If you eventually get to someone on WhatsApp they take hours to reply and even then you need to continually repeat your issues. As for the call center that I am dealing with now they are the worst. I haven't had any internet all day and I just can't get through. Out of 8 attempts I only got through once and then the guy put me on hold and said he would get back to me but never did. I literally have no way of logging a fault and they will still charge me despite me having to try all day to contact them and tell them my internet is not working.
