Horrible customer service

Please cancel my service, it’s been 3 weeks , one of your managers Abdul assured me that he would assist me but he last contacted me on the 5th. The service received is putrid. I will not be paying for a service that I am not using . There are many other service providers who strive to serve their customers so I will no longer require yours!
