Horrible connection and service

I’ve been struggling with connection since 30th of September, i’ve been calling in and everytime i call, i am told that my issue has been escalated.. spoke to one of the managers one and then never again due to him either being out of office all the time or he’s in a meeting… the other day i was also told that managers knock off at 5pm , which i find weird that no manager or TL is available after five… spoke to the second line department but they kept saying they will speak to vuma , vuma just closes my ticket and after saying they fixed it remotely but still no signal
