Horrible company, don't use them!

Our connection has been down since a week. They don't do anything about it. Horrible, horrible company. They just take your money and provide absolutely no service. We haven't even had a technician on site yet. My husband has spend ours calling them, chatting with them on Facebook. They are pointing to Vodacom, Vodacom is pointing to them and yet nobody has been here to check the connection.
