HORRIBLE Client and communication service!!

Poor poor poor communication and client skills. They will at random times just disconnect your account stating that you have an amount outstanding, yet when you send them the proof of payments for each month since you got the contract, they still refuse to assist or reconnect until you have paid the supposedly "outstanding amount" even when they show on their statements that you are in credit!

They work great when connected but then pulls stunts like this every now and then, which make the experience with them horrible!
