Horrible and ******* customer care

Very poor service. I have had internet outage for over 72 hours. Logged tickets, called the customer care, over and over again without any support whatsoever.

The customer care keeps changing SLA times from 1 hour to it takes 72 hours to be assisted.

Very ******* and frustrating.
