Stay away from Supersonic. The customer service is **********. My fibre has been down since Sunday and no-one can tell me when my fibre will be restored. Every day I fone them and they keep telling me that someone will fone me back with feedback but no one fones me back. It's an absolute nightmare dealing with them. The call agents are clueless. They are trained to say the same thing. I have been with Supersonic for only 8 weeks after my experience this week I think it is time I look for another provider. The customer service is non existant!

18 Mar 2021, 12:27I am not holding my breath. Yesterday I spoke to a manager. His name was Francis. He assured me that he would fone me back within an hour ... its is now almost 24 hours later and I am still waiting!!!
