HORIBLE SERVICE
i signed up for FIXED LTE,was given information that it will work during the LOADSHEDDING for as long as i have power supply at home(UPS).as soon as it was delivered and activated we had Loadshedding guess what IT DOES NOT WORK.NOW I WANT TO CANCEL THIS BECAUSE ITS USELESS FOR ME.I SPOKE TO DIMAKATSO MALAPE,Kamogelo mo***eng,Phumzile (ALL VERY RUDE)they didnt want to put me through to their supervisor.i was told A SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME OF KAGISO TJAN WILL CALL ME,UNTILL THIS DAY M STILL WAITING. I WANT TO HAVE THIS DEAL CANCELLED ASAP,I BELIEVE IM STILL WITHIN THE COOL OFF PERIOD.RETENTIONS OR WHOEVER PLEASE CANCEL THIS DEAL IT HAS NO USE FOR ME.
