Hopefully canceling my account doesn't take long

Can someone please assist me with canceling my services with you. I've been dealing with the same issue and test after test and emails, MTN could not see any issue. But my results show different. I did manage to speak to technicians which would assist trying to get through to MTN but a month later after the feedback, nothing is different. So now, after my mails and messages logged, I'm asking someone just to assist with canceling my broken service. I'm not going to call as the ques takes forever. I'm done. I've given my cancelation requests 3months ago but you did try to assist and could not get it fixed. At the end of this month, I need this closed so that I can get myself another ISP. Thank you
