Honest review of whole service

Everything was great I received my LTE router on time while the fibre connection was happening. LTE was just as fast as the fibre if not faster, depending on location. The service has been great and Fibre was installed and set up in less the 30 min.

The cancellation however has been troublesome and I think it is an industry wide issue of lines to being released on time. I therefor understand the trouble of getting back to a person because calls are clogged with this issue.
