Holy **** circus...

Its been 4 months and after cancellation I was informed by VOX that you are still holding my line for a order that i cancelled, VUMA informed us that the active ISP on the line is indeed supersonic and the account is in my name... How is this possible? Please tell me? How can one company give me so much headache in life... I am now convinced that the **** show you are running is mainly a circus.... Do i have to go the legal way? Should i flick you the bird and rock up at head office and make a big scene, what are my options? You are truly worse then mtn.....
