Highly unprofessional

I created a hellopeter account to write about the horrific experience we had with Supersonic.

After being with them for a year, we cancelled our month to month contract because we relocated. A week after the cancellation, a debit order of almost R3000 went off from my bank account. I phoned them and after holding on for an hour a lady answered the phone. After explaining the situation, stating that this was a month to month contract and this huge amount now went off, she responded very irritated with "Did you not read the T's and C's, this is the claw back fee for cancelling your account." So just to let all the people know who is considering this service, they have HUGE HIDDEN CANCELLATION FEES, even for month to month contracts. They did not even give us a breakdown of this fee or a warning! I also sent various mails requesting a breakdown, and I have not received any response whatsoever.

After commenting this on their Instagram page, they very swiftly deleted my comments and blocked me from their page, how professional! This company is not honest in their dealings and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
