Highly and utterly disappointed in MTN Supersonic

This company has very in competent workers. I have been paying for my internet since 2020 and yesterday my internet was suspended due to my payment disappearing. The customs service please said my paid reference has changed asking me several times for my receipt after I sent it twice. I was told that other customers monies has also gone missing and that it will not air days for my issue to be resolved I was told I wud get a case number have not received that eiether. Horrible company!
