Having issues with the billing of my account
Having issues with the billing of my account. There is an extra 1000 rand I must pay and they cannot tell me why I need to do so

@JC, I have been asking this for the last year and have been paying my bills as per normal. So I have no idea why that extra 1000 odd comes from and nor does your Team.
Spoke to Judy last year and nothing has been done.
And now I have 3 days to pay or you will cut my net.
