Have an issue? Supersonic won’t help you, apparently.

Supersonic has provided my Wifi for a while now and it’s been alright. UNTIL there’s an issue! I was away for a few days and when I returned my WiFi wasn’t working. I have emailed them three times over three days AND reported the problem through their website and I am still waiting to hear a peep from them. Their service is blatantly substandard! I have been sitting without WiFi at my flat for days now and I need an internet connection! I have been forced to go to local Cafés and friends to leach WiFi so I can get things done. I am very disappointed and disgruntled. Unless Supersonic ups their game, I will never recommend them to anyone and I won’t be using them much longer.
