Harrassing since 2023

Fix this soon, as I have been harrassed for almost a full year now. Today is the 3rd time I sent the message confirming that I owe nothing, which was sent in September 2023 when I personally dropped the router off. Or we can take this matter to court as this is ridiculous and absurd. How do companies like you exist for more than a year, or do most get so fed up being harrassed that they pay anything to be left alone??? Stop harrassing me!!!! Get mone in a legal and decent way, find some pride. What a disgusting way of doing business. Canceled, gave a calender month notice. try taking money from me *******ly and then keep harrassing me....really pitiful

Hi, previously these same steps were taken.. Then a week or more, less than a month though, I was being sent threats to "suspend my services...daily threats via email to suspend my non existing service. With no router belonging to you. Really, this needs to be a permanent fix as the empt impossible ans irrational daily threats had just become so irritating, and showing pure lack of competence. This time try to do better, no further harassment will be tolerated.

No company should be allowed to be this stupid. So harassment in full swing yet again. Cancel these non existing services, I am not your client.
