Harassed by Lawyers After Years of Failed Service

I’ve been trying to cancel my Supersonic contract since 2021/2022 after their service failed me. Each time I tried to use it, I encountered nothing but problems—slow speeds, constant dropouts, and unresponsive customer service. Despite not using their network for over 3-4 years, Supersonic refused to let me out of my contract.

Instead of resolving the issue like a reputable company, they ignored my cancellation requests and then, out of the blue in August 2025, sent me a lawyer’s letter demanding payment! How is this legal? I haven’t even used their useless service, yet they’re coming after me with legal threats instead of addressing their own incompetence.

This company is a ****. They trap customers in contracts, provide unreliable service, and then sic lawyers on you when you rightfully try to leave. Avoid Supersonic at all costs—unless you enjoy being bul**** into paying for a service that never worked in the first place.
