Happy Customer!
A very kind and helpful Gentleman by the name Ryan Roets from MTN assisted with a persistent problem with outgoing mail. I spoke to numerous people at the Call centre who could not resolve the issue. Ryan was patient with me and ran the process with me according to my pace. Hats off to MTN for having an Employee like him who uplifts the MTN Brand!
