Great support

So after 5 of 6 years with great internet, we started to have trouble with slow speeds and after numerous attempts to fix it through the call centre I managed to get hold of Prince and within a week I had a new ONT and router installed and we back up and running absolutely fantastic service and he’s always happy to help.
