Great service from Lunga

I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to Lunga Kubheka from the Supersonic call centre. After logging a call for a relocation and speaking to at least six different people from Supersonic without results, Lunga stepped in and became my personal contact to ensure my fibre line is sorted out. Lunga called me daily for updates, sometimes even multiple times a day when it was required. All was resolved and I've got internet access again.
