Great service always Online!

Good day, thank you for great service received this far. Kindly get my billing sorted and charged to my card setup. I called in and till date have only paid upfront payment of R999. As per my understanding prorata month was free. So upfront payment of R999 covered Last month, and R999 should have been billed this month. I called in and was told i owe R1600+ thats incorrect. But i still havent been charged and want to prevent from being disconnected, kindly investigate and correct bill and charge my card loaded for payment. Thank you
