Great customer service from Mr. Suhayl Prantice

I’d like to extend a big thank you to Mr. Suhayl Prantice at Supersonic for his outstanding service and support. He gave me excellent advice, helped me resolve my internet issues, and even managed to get my internet speed noticeably faster.

Suhayl was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He not only listened carefully to my concerns, but also made sure to return my calls and even checked in on me multiple times days later, long after the issue had been resolved — a rare level of care in today’s customer service world.
