Gratitude

After of almost a week of calls and emails i finally found 2 people who were consistent in service and follow up and keeping me in the loop of things other than the others mentioned before.Saayed achmat and Tumi Mosikare are assets to the company.Others i had no joy with should learn from them.Tumi and Saayed i have given them a tough time but they however stuck to the fact that my query be solved and with every call i was shouting but they were always as calm as cucumbers a lesson they should teach other agents.Thank you again
