I don't even really want to give 1 star. This company is s&*t. Worse bunch of ******. *****ing money out of our account without authorization from us. We haven't had an account with them since we cancelled it in October 2020. All of a sudden on Saturday, 27 November 2021, our bank account is debited. After many calls and many broken promises from the staff, Mogalashi, Bonale who promised to call us back and Luwanda (I think) who saud I should send proof of the debit via the email she has sent me, which was a no reply unmonitored email address, we went to our bank and requested that a stop order be put in place and our bank reversed the transaction and the money was returned to our account. ******. *******. *****S. *******. *********. *****. AND I CAN GO ON AND ON AND ON.
