Get your act together! Bad service even from. Terrible.

Very bad service. I ordered a router had to wait for a long time for it to be delivered and when they do deliver it comes with no Sim card and I am being told to just wait for 72hrs so that they can investigate. I need to work. Useless. I paid for everything. Bad service even from their call center agent. I wouldn't recommend any of their services
